The Shoot Academy Course Payment Structure 

By enrolling in The Shoot Academy Course, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Initial Payment (£49) 

An initial, non-refundable payment of £49 grants you immediate access to the full Shoot Academy Course and all included materials.

2. Success Payment (£300) 

An additional payment of £300 becomes due upon securing your first paid booking as a shoot location using knowledge gained from the course.

You must notify The Shoot Academy within 7 days of confirming your first booking.

The £300 must be paid within 14 days of receiving payment for your first successful booking.

3. Payment Obligation 

By enrolling with the initial £49 payment, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to make the £300 success payment when the conditions are met.

The success payment is not optional and forms part of the full course price (£349).

This payment structure is designed to reduce upfront financial barriers while ensuring fairness for both parties.

4. Refund Policy 

The £49 initial payment is non-refundable once course access has been granted.

If you do not secure a booking within 12 months of completing the course and can demonstrate that you have followed all course guidelines, you may apply for a waiver of the £300 success payment. by contacting [email protected]

The Shoot Academy reserves the right to assess eligibility for a waiver and may request supporting evidence.

5. Verification & Compliance 

The Shoot Academy reserves the right to request proof of your first booking to verify eligibility for the success payment or waiver.

Failure to disclose bookings obtained through knowledge gained from the course constitutes a breach of these terms.

Any disputes or issues regarding payments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 6. Acceptance of Terms 

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
